Vitex/Fina Question-Need Help

Anyone know:
1) How much Vitex to take (daily?) when using for purposes of protection from a fina cycle that may induce progesterone-induced gyno
2) Am I supposed to take this throughout cycle (from day one until last day) and then afterwards too (if so...how long afterwards)?
3) Anyone recommend a Reputable company?

1500mg a day throughout is commonly recomended.
I believe Vitex is GNC's brand name.

Vitex is not GNC's brand name. "Vitex agnus-castus" is the scientific name and the common name is "Chasteberry" or "Chaste Tree". It can be found at many health food stores and online.
