Oh boy. This is WAY to vague to answer. I assume you are taking vitamis AND minerals.

The answer as to whether you are taking too much lies on several factors. How much of these compounds are you getting from your diet? How much does your body need? How much, beyond outright need, can your body take advantage of? What form is each compound in for the given supplement?

These reguire much time and effort and expense to answer with real accuracy. Most likely though, especially in light of today's typical American diet, you will be able to take advantage of a quality multivitamin/mineral supplement without harm to your system.
