Vitamins..?

What kind of vitamins do you guys take every day?

I think the reason for me being drowsy, may be due to the lack of vitamins in my body.

Any suggestions?
 
I just take GNC's Mega Men multi, and b150 complex, twice a day. My buddy works there so I get it pretty cheap.

Oh also 1000mgs vit c twice a day.
 
I've used a lot of different vitamins over the years: The Bridge, MegaMan, TwinLab, etc... I've landed on One Source -- cheap, good and can buy it from Wal-Mart. I usually take one in the morning, one at night, with vitamin C tabs and B-complex (plus some niacinamide, hydrolyzed collagen, chondroitin, glucosamine, and green tea extract) inbetween.
 
centrum "performance" mulit vitamins are really good.

higher doses of many good vitamins + stuff like ginseng and ginko.

pretty cheap too
 
I think vitamins are always a must in any exercise program. Good vitamins for energy, is a good multi-vitamin, Vitamin c, vitamin b-12.
