Vit-B complex.

Could someone tell me what I should be looking for in a B complex vitamin?

vitaminworld.com has a 30% sale going on, and I want to order some, but I have no idea what would be beneficial for me.

Any ideas?

Folic Acid 400 mcg
Choline Bitartrate 100 mg
