i've heard this mentioned before on this board. how safe is it to put your gear in there? is it sterile or do you have to clean it yourself? these are the little eye drop bottles correct?

im assuming you just draw the solution into a syringe and squirt it into the visie bottle- that way the air wont contaminate the gear. course i've never seen a visine bottle so i do not know if you can puncture it with a pin

yes you can put it into a visine bottle they are sterile. Visine is eyedrops for irritated eyes. So there is alreay a hole in the bottle

You can uncap the visine from the bottle. Once that is done, transfer the juice to the bottle. Recap it and put the outer cap back on.
