There is one with a group of kids in the Adventure at Sea program. They take a swim in the middle of the ocean off the boat. A great white comes out of nowhere and chomps one girl's leg off.

You don't want to see it. Her scramble to try to get to the boat before the shark hits is too tragic to watch.
