many of you may laugh....thinking that bands....are the only thing to listen to. But video game music composers make some amazing music, and many bands cover that music. If you want a massive collection of video game music, go to gh.ffshrine.org. and click on mp3s on the right hand column. They have tons.

I listen to the ninja gaiden soundtrack for xbox a lot. That is some cool muze.

SWEET SITE!!!!!!!
I have been looking for the music to the resident Evil games and been having a hard time finding them.

how do you download an entire soundtrack with only one click instead of downloading them individually?? I have already registered and everything.

wish I could help you there. I think you have to do something along the lines of advertising for them....but im not too sure. They have a link somewhere that tells you about it.

I figured it out, you have to register and then they give you a link that different people can click. They must have different IP's to count

awesome. give that site a little bit of time, and you will see more soundtracks. as it says on the site, some may not be available since they are upgrading or whatever.

I am impressed with the sound quality of the soundtracks. They are all pretty much high quality mp3's.

love the vgm. i am an electronic musician, and video games are the only place i am likely to get heard. or weird, weird art films. god bless videogames. it gives us alternative composers a chance to be heard in the only venue available. i am pleased to know we have vgm fans at elite. we vgm composers thank you for taking the time to notice what we bring to a game. thank you.

majutsu,

That is too cool. what video games have you done music for? Do you have a website with some samples of your music?

i've been playing music since 13. been 20yrs+. i did electronica once in the early 90s first rave movement (yamaha, korg, etc). now started again with all the new software in january.
am actively pursuing "signing" (as they say in the biz) at this time.
my song "odin's eye" was review by a group in san fran, but ultimately not picked up. my new song "loki" is close, but i think just short of signing still. i expect my break to come in a few months. but we'll see . . . .
i am mostly on tranceaddicts.com in the producer's forum. you have to share a portfolio to get on. but anyone can sign up to go to music discussion forum or preview unsigned tracks. if you pm i can send you my links. i was invited to electro-music.com this weekend. i'm always on fl studio forum, but that requires fl studio reg # or a crack.
just keep pushin' eh bro?
i have stuff for friends games and my son's games I will score, and some mods, but no big releases yet. believe me, first big track will be plastered all over elite I assure you. :) if you are a game designer hit me up and i will show my range. i can do dance tracks, racing/trance tracks, and cinematic type stuff ala metroid or splinter cell.
