Video Card Question?

Can anyone point me into the direction of a video card so that a TV can plug into it? My dad's MS is causing his sight to go, and thought this would help him to still be able to use the computer.

Do you mean TV out or video inputs? Look for anything that says TV OUT or VIVO, www.pricewatch.com

Quality isn't that great unfortunately when you use a tv output connected to the TV. Resolution is far greater on a computer monitor therefore he might have even more trouble seeing the screen. I find it blurry. You're better off getting a bigger monitor and using an 800x600 resolution.

Yep, screen resolution on a TV sucks ass, basically unreadable on my 500 line 27" TV even at 640x480 or 800x600. Ok for games though.

tru dat ... u wont be able to read any text at all ... tv out on a computer is only good for watching movies or playing games ... anything that involves reading text in normal font is impossible to do
