vials and lids

ive never tried any of my mans norma deca because i once read that if the lid on the top of the vial could be turned by hand that the gear is counterfeit and the lids on his vials can be turned by hand i dont have the ability to post a pic of the vial but the packageing looks good and the inner paper work is all there.
IS THERE ANY FAIL SAFE WAY OF MAKING SURE NORMA DECA IS NORMA DECA AND NOT THE PEANUT OIL SHIT THAT A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE GETTIN RIPPED ON? any help would be much appreciated thanks
