I am on 800mg of enathtate a week and is it ok to take viagra for longer sex and quicker reload or will it fuck me up and can I get a heart attack or am I go to go.

Never gives me any problems. You should only use that shit sparingly because if you don't really need it and take it anyway you run the risk of developing impotence problems.
