Vets Please Help! High BP

About three months ago I did a 4wk cycle of Fina. My blood pressure went up to about 150/80. Since then I've been working my ass off to get it back to where it should be. I'm on a fairly strict diet with about 40% carb 30% protein and 30% fat for calories. My fat is either flaxseed oil or olive oil. My carbs tend to come from unprocessed grains or vegtables. I get all my minerals and vitamins. I do cardio 3 times a week and I lift 4 times a week. I follow my program strictly and yet my bp is 143/64. So my diastolic is fine but my systolic is fucked. What do I need to do to get it back on track? Oh yeah I also have chest pains that I developed after this they come and go, but they are always located in my lower right pec, so its not my heart (hopefully). This has been my only cycle in my life , but I'm 18 and I'm thinking that was just too young. Please help me get healthy again.

A piece of advice, if u think ur situation is serious, i would suggest u consult a doctor rather than trying to get some help from forums. :)

You may want to consult a Doctor, but your bp reading is fine. You may even be a little nervous when you get it taken which would account for a slightly higher reading. Lower sodium intake and reduction of creatine will also help to lower bp. Don't stress out your bp is not really to high.

Chest pains right or left side should be looked into by a Doctor, your one short cycle did you no harm. But you may have an underlying condition of some sort that needs to be addressed.

I think as far as the chest pain goes its probably more heartburn as the type of food I eat affects, you guys are probably right I'm just flippin out over nothing, but I would like to drop my BP a little bit, so should I cut out all sodium? liftsiron, can one cycle realy even damage anything, I grew so fast that I was glad I didn't do a bulking cycle (23lbs 4wks0.

Anything screwed up by one short cycle, in 99.9% of the cases will correct itself in a few weeks. It is a good idea for everyone to get medical checkups, regardless if they use roids or not. I think that you may probably be right about your chest pain, being heartburn, but that can be a bitch as well. Good luck.
