Hello Fellows Its been along time. I will make this quick so you guys don't get to bored. I have been out of the game for along time about 3-4 years. I used to train and do aome small shows, I had to qiut due to low sperm count and I am proud to say I have an 19 month old litte girl. With that being said I am ready to get into it again, maybe not quite as serious though, I am 5'10 180 and have some belly fat. I stayed in pretty good shape every where else, just my waistline. Now I would love to get rid of the belly and gain some hardness and mass back. I would like to do as less as possible because I have a hard time when I am off, EXAMPLES( can't sleep, depression,no since of well being, low motivation, etc!!) Would someone please give me your advice on a good clean cycle, I just started training again. I have available ( sust 250, ethanate, win, prop, primo, d-bol I wished I could get anavar but I can't find it anywhere) I took ana back in the day and loved it. Thanks for reading, OJJ

what were your past cycles? maybe u can get off on jsut a test e cycle at 500/ week.
 
Yeah, do a clean cycle of just straight Test for starters...... 500mg per week for 12 weeks would be good..... Will get the ball rolling again....

Thanks bro! Some last cycles consisted of=1. Sust,anavar,winny,t3,clen,2. Sust, d-bol, deca 3. sust,anavar,primo. I really would like to cut my bodyfat and gain some muscle size that I use to have. The good thing is I have alot of muscle memory and have been off awile. I just don't want to crash like I use to. Thanks

I can appreciate what youre saying...... If you do a straight Test cycle, it will be cheaper for 1, easier on your body, and it will activate that muscle memory you refer to..... If you wanna lose some fat, just eat clean and do some cardio while using the Test, I do it all the time..... Just cause youre using Test doesnt mean you have to be bulking up.....

it does not matter what aas you use. i know guys that cut on dbol, its all about your diet bro. with that said you are best off with some anavar because it will curb your appetite and you can gain on a low calorie diet with var. primo will also allow you to gain on a low calorie diet. so if you have access to that i would run it at 600mg for 12 weeks. however, i don't think you should do a thing until you can see your abs. really a cycle is not worth it if you are not 10% bf or less because if you are not you have not dialed in your diet and training in order to make gains on aas
