very well done steak, pros and cons

Rip green

I following a high protein low carbs diet , my protein is coming from chicken and steak, I was curious if burning steak or over cooking can make it loose nutritional or protein value?

I'm asking cause that's the only way I can have it bros, I can't see a single drop of blood on my meat and not even that pink look inside of the steak, it makes throw up. So I basically cook it to the point it almost burns, would the be bad for my digestion as well?

Burning steak like on the BBQ adds carcinogens like smoking cigarettes, so I wouldn't recommend it. Go with the grass fed organic meat and you will be golden.

Burning/charring meats will not change the nutrient value or protein quality but it will add carcinogens to the meat which isn't overly healthy.

My advice for you would be to grind up your meat and eat that instead. You can cook the meat well done then.
