if i take clen for the first time before i run at 80 mcg, how long before i run should i take it?????? otherwords whats the kick-in time of clen?

It only took me 2 days to get use to it. I now take 6: one every 2 hrs. Works great. BTW I got the same stats as you. Oh one more thing, once you feel the tremors and fast heartbeat go away, it will seem like thier not doing anything.....but trust me they are. I've already lost 10 lbs of fat. Only been on them 2 wks.

im only gonna be on them for 2 weeks at 80mcg a day

then back to eca for 2, than 2 with clen again, with 10 days of ephedrine im alreday looking pretty ripped
