A quick history...
Started working out at age 13, at 22-23 I was pretty big (not huge) and very cut, 5'11" and weighed 180. Did it all natural but it took 9 years to get there, most of the gains were in the last two years after finally figuring out what worked for me (and my body maturing I guess).
I've been away from the gym for a loong time. Just up and quit, took many years to lose size but it does happen. Been working out again and can already see changes, your body seems to "remember" the shape it used to be in.
Over the years I've acquired a few injuries. Tendonitis in left shoulder, cortisone shots took care of it although it does act up at times. Had tendinitis in both elbows. Neck injury due to car accident which acts up at times. Real bad knee injury (terrible fishing accident
) which required surgery. Took a month just to walk on it again and almost 6 months with a cane. Had two surgeries since then and since that knee/leg was favored it atrophied some as compared to my left leg. I do extra reps/sets whenever possible to try to make them equal sized again. But you can see a difference.
Been thinking about doing a cycle...tabs only, prob D-bol. Not at all comfortable with injecting yet. How much would u use for your first ever time and for how long?
I don't smoke or drink and I've never used any kind of drugs..ever. This is a huge step for me. But, I have no current injuries and no pain from past injuries so the timing is perfect and my drive is back. It'll help to even out my legs and get me doing some heavy squats again...I love doing squats!
