Very newbie questions..

A quick history...

Started working out at age 13, at 22-23 I was pretty big (not huge) and very cut, 5'11" and weighed 180. Did it all natural but it took 9 years to get there, most of the gains were in the last two years after finally figuring out what worked for me (and my body maturing I guess).

I've been away from the gym for a loong time. Just up and quit, took many years to lose size but it does happen. Been working out again and can already see changes, your body seems to "remember" the shape it used to be in.

Over the years I've acquired a few injuries. Tendonitis in left shoulder, cortisone shots took care of it although it does act up at times. Had tendinitis in both elbows. Neck injury due to car accident which acts up at times. Real bad knee injury (terrible fishing accident :rolleyes: ) which required surgery. Took a month just to walk on it again and almost 6 months with a cane. Had two surgeries since then and since that knee/leg was favored it atrophied some as compared to my left leg. I do extra reps/sets whenever possible to try to make them equal sized again. But you can see a difference.

Been thinking about doing a cycle...tabs only, prob D-bol. Not at all comfortable with injecting yet. How much would u use for your first ever time and for how long?

I don't smoke or drink and I've never used any kind of drugs..ever. This is a huge step for me. But, I have no current injuries and no pain from past injuries so the timing is perfect and my drive is back. It'll help to even out my legs and get me doing some heavy squats again...I love doing squats!

I only recently registered on this forum, was surprised and very happy to find this place. Information is knowledge and knowledge keeps you from getting killed.

Bro...dosage for beginners is about 20-25mg per day,you need some anti-e's and something for your PCT...there are lot of threads about dbol cycles in this forum,so it will be good to read them...if you need some additional info,you are welcome to ask...

Go for it bro, no one can recommend what you do but most will help you out when you decide what you are going to do...think PCT at all times following your cycle and read, read, read, learn, learn, learn. You sound like a sensible guy to me so don't be afraid to post what you decide to do but remember everyone will have had a different experience and will offer different opinions. It's all about finding what works best for you...

sounds good bro but if u can somehow talk urself into injecting test would be a better idea imo and easier on ur organs as well, dbol can end up being disapointing esp if ur pct isnt perfect u will lose a lot imo, imo, just ask as many questions on here and well be sure to help peace
 
How are the injuries? I just had tennis elbow surgery rotator cuff repair a year earlier. If your body is not ready for some heavy weights then you should not do a cycle. Because your strength will increase dramatically. Of course you will be hooked after that, I promise.

But start lifting heavy make sure you can handle it. Then when you have hit a sticking point for a few months begin your cycle.

If you are scared of injects a dbol only will be fine go with a low dose 20- 30 mgs should be fine 6-8 weeks. Do more research. But most importantly be ready to handle the heavy weights. Dbol without weight lifting is a waste.
 
The injuries are doing fine. I thought I felt some pain in my left elbow but I think I'm looking to hard for something to go wrong :rolleyes: . I made it a point to use lighter weights and good form, now I'm starting to up the weights slowly. I'm still in the planning stages for a while. Getting as much info as I can.

Unfortunately I workout at a "Health Club" not a hardcore gym but I am in my own world when I work out and ignore everyone else. Cept for the women doing aerobics when I'm on the bike..why do they set up the bikes so you can't help but look at those booties in the aerobics room? My veins are popping even as I write this. My pumps in the gym are great.

Hey glover...how bout PCT? I REALLY don't want a set of tits to show up after I get off...is that a real worry?
 
I would recommend something like anavar and/or winstrol if you want to use orals for your 1st cycle.
 
Well, things are going real well in the gym. My injuries are fine, knee is uncomfortable sometimes but I work through it. My bench has already gone up 30 pounds in 4 weeks and I'll be trying squats today, been doing leg press instead but it's not the same. (I swear doing squats makes all yer muscles grow.)

I've been getting more and more psyched about working out and my workouts are getting longer...doing 20 sets fer my shoulders so far. The guy who signed me up at the "health-club" :rolleyes: has made comments about my gains already, 'specially my traps. Not looking to get cut at all (yet) just keep working harder. My calories are around 5000 a day and cut out most junk food...love my PBJ's :) .

Still getting info on my first cycle but looking forward to doing it. Mainly to even out my legs and build up my calves more. Carefully trying to find a source but I'm so paranoid 'bout getting busted, I'd do badly in jail :rolleyes:
 
Lots of guys on here have done oral only cycles and gotten good results. It convinced me to try a 50mg/day turinabol oral only cycle. It just isn't the same without the test. Convince yourself to inject. It's not hard after you get that first one out of the way and the difference is night and day.

I agree with Outlaw. In fact I would recommend Anavar. Low sides great strength. You should not have any worry about gyno with this. But get some Nolva and hcg and use to help recovery.
 
for what ever cycle you do get a pct together. clomid, nolva, hcg are the ones to use depending on what you want to do. if you can somehow convince yourself into painless injection with test, please do. test at 250 mgs-300 mgs per week sounds good for you. but keep researching a little since it sounds like you still want/ need to know more. i finished my first cycle with test and dbol, injections are painless and easy. it was a great first cycle. i did a lot of researching however before starting.
