sometimes i ended up taking only a week off before i jumped back on some shit. The last time i took hydroxecut was about 4 weeeks ago i started to flare my roids up and i stopped. I am also looking for a boost while im lifting in the gym and no juice. At one point my diet was really good. I was eating sandwhiches from a deli that i own with wheat bread, no soda, no candy, no fast food, salad was eaten two hours before bed, and a two good shakes throughout the day containing about 30 grams of protein per shake
Can anyone also tell me what is good to take before workout to get a great lift (no juice). THanx
