Very difficult Norma question to answer

Nobody knows the answer to this, I have tried and tried to get an answer but I can't. I hope one of you guys can answer it.

If a vial of norma deca expires in 2003, what year was it made?

I want to know this because im just curious about exactly how old it is. For all I know it could be 1 year old or 4 years old. I know it doesn't matter since it is not expired, but I would just like to know. I know how old my sust is because it says when it's made and when it expires. The deca just says when it's expired. I guess nobody really knows for sure then.

If it was stored well, in a cool, dark place, it will last much much longer than 5 years.
