Ventrogluteal Injection - How?

Any of you Bros ever do a Ventrogluteal Injection?

I've been reading a bit about this area and you should be able to inject up to 4ml without any discomfort.

I have came across 1 video of this injection, but I couldn't see the area as it was covered by the nurse. My ex was is a nurse and she never injected there or even told me about that when she would shoot my gear.

How to you inject into this area?

The VG is a great spot to inject. 4mls is a lot for one inject though. To find the spot just put your finger on your pelvic bone and go back about three or four inches. Hope this helps, but break up those injects dude.
