I don't know if it's a good brand but I tried it and it worked really good, I don't have that much fat on my sides of my stomach. I loved it though good stuff!

no this is .02 mcg or mg whatever the standard is.
I take this stuff all at once before 4pm, rather than divided doses throughout the day, correct?
