I'm new on here, but not new to the gym.
I just started (1.5 weeks ago) VasoXP... so far nothing. No noticeable size increase, bigger pumps, or "all-day" pumps. I even stopped drinking coffee, because I heard caffeine negates the effects. I'm also taking L-Glutamine, and whey protein shakes. Anybody have any insight on what other things can limit it's effectiveness?
