Var half life and dosing interval

Hey bros, the var I have is 25mg per capsule. Is it ok to take 25mg at 7 am and another 25mg at 7pm?

I know some orals should ultimately be spread out over the course of the day to keep blood levels stable, is var one of those drugs?

Yeah I understand it has about an 8 hour half life. I am honestly not sure, but I have been maintaining a twice a day dosing schedule, and it has been working well. This is my first time with Var. 2 weeks in and great results.

Thats what I will be doing then. I have only taken a total of 50mg, 25 last night and 25 this morning along with some test prop and already I got a great arm session today, great pump! I could tell that the gear was affecting the pump because my skin was so tight it actually had a blue/purple look to it. Definetly not the BCAA and NO2 stack

I've done anavar plenty. You'll be fine...sometimes I take it at 8am, then later at 5pm...sometimes at 7am, sometimes at 8pm...8 hours is about right, but I've never "not"gotten results from having exact timing doses. You should be fine with how you want to dose the var.

i knnow some that say just go ahead and take all of it 5 hours before you train to get the sickest pumps and strength at the time of training....

Im taking 25mg twice a day also, usually at 12am and 12pm.

Missed a night dose four days ago and took 50mg @ 12pm, hit the gym at 4 and i was as strong as a bull..makes me almost want to up the dosage; however, im making good gains so im a satisfied customer with my first go around with var at this dose.

Anavar 1/2 life is 8 hours, so if you space out dose every 6-8 hours you be fine
this very good product, make very strong and hard muscle.
