var for last 5 weeks?

I have some var and want to run it for the last 5 weeks. I only want to run 30mg ed. Im on 400test 40 eq and want to no if the var will just hold my muscle i gained while i lower my cals to lose fat. Im not looking for gains but for it to hold onto the muscle. Do yall think it will at that low of a dose/
 
how has that stack worked out for you...

I am an endurance athelet and I am looking to add on some lean mass while still performing long hours of training...

you said you were on test and eq

could you lay it out for me on how everything went... gains, pain, joints, how much training and what kind...

well i know you are not on 40 eq...they dont make anything that would add up to that...i would say that you are on 400 and var is great...i like it at high doses...75-100mg wekk
 
Didnt do a WHOLe lot of lifting, about3-5x a week. Im a college pitcher so mos of my traing was pitching strength And conditioning. Great results. No joint pain ans eq helped my endurnce so much it was unreal. I added about 11lbs in 12 weeks and lost bodyfat. Speed whent up, 60 and 40 increased. My diet was clean high carbs and protien.
