Var at once or broken up

What do you guys think about taking var and OT 1x per day as opposed to 2x per day... What is the half-life on these???

agreed, half life 8-9 hours I beleive. twice a day

Just split orals into 2x a day dosing, if you must. It's not going to make a difference, if you just take it 2x a day or 3x a day or 18x a day, if the mg amounts are the same.

When I ran 40mg/day, I too 20mg 2x day AM and PM

What you are trying to do is keep blood levels as stable as possiblle. Split the dosage

Yes and no.

Be sure that you are consistant with when you take the caps; that are split up. I made this small little error for about 2 weeks and found myself on a hormonal roller coaster.

three times a day, with meals.

Tbol has a 16 hour half life so you probably don't need to break it up so much. Just my opinion.
