Var after 4 weeks

I have only done Var a couple of times, but I have noticed that after the 4th week, my strength gains are still there, but I am not gaining anymore. Has anyone else had this happen. I think that var may be better used for 4 weeks, then time off. What do you guys think???
 
Are you doing a var only cycle? That is the reason I like to start my cylces with it though. Usually week 4 or 5 unless i increase the dose.
 
Yes var only, but alot of people do it alone and for 6 weeks, I just wondered if it is best to up the calories or, just run it for 6 weeks.
 
on it at the moment with 100mg of prop eod and 50mg of prov, (670mg of var) im a midway thru week 2 i think and strength is already up, ti sgood stuff im sure the test is helpin tho.

You need to bump your caloric intake up, simple as that.
 
how much strength gains have your noticed on running just anavar alone? Also, I have heard that these gains in strength are easy to keep once discontinuing the cycle. Thanks
 
going to run Var myself this summer

Test Eth 500mg/wk for 10 weeks
Var @ 50mg/ED for the first 5 weeks......was going to use winny instead but i hear that the strength gains are better with var than with winny...this will be my first cutter and experience with Anavar, so i'm pretty excited!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Second time around my strength went up straight away. Up in all lifts even with a bad shoulder. Have kept the strength pretty much the same after pct as well.
