i just got 3 100 count bottles of 5 mg var, can you guys give me some feedback on your opinion of it as far as a solid dose with the amount i have i can do 7wks at 40mgs ed what do you recommend?
 
along with 300 5mg tabs of ox i also have lots of t3/2 eq/2 cyp/3 winny, i was mainly wanting to do ox and eq, i feel alot of aas isnt alays better besides i am not wanting to be ron coleman, i simply want to get down to 6%bf while maintaining my weight at 195-200lbs :)
 
somehow i dont think ronnie's secret was var..lol anyway var and eq will do quite well to preserve your muscle while dieting down..

think you should check your math 300 tabs @5 mg: if your taking 40 mg/day thats 8 tabs/day x7=56 tabs/wk x 7 weeks=392 tbs??
30mg/day will work for 7 weeks though..personally i would get a little more and run it 8-10 weeks

I might think about topping it off w/Winny for the last few weeks if it's depot. Tabs I'd hold off b/c your taking another oral. Just my 0.02

i have been running 20mg a day for the past like 8 weeks and it is turning me into a monster. i'll prob run it for another few weeks.
this high dose stuff just doesnt seem necessary to me, i think u'll get muich better gains if you do two cycles of 20mg than one 40 mg cycle.
 
I sorta agree with pikey, after 20mg/day I think the strength increases are nearly maxed out, so if youre not doing ox for mass (which, basically, you shouldnt be) then 20-30mg a day are enough. Sure 40 might give a little more strength, but I think it's past the point of diminished returns at that dosage.
 
is it the qv var? on btg i find 25 mg's to be more then enough. with paper i find 40 mg's to work for me. ive read and have been told var should be run .125 mg's per pound of body weight. i had great results with both.
 
ive never tried either one of them....how have they tested out? if i had all thoes i would run 30 mg's till i was done.
 
i am a big strength fan, there is no better feeling than grabbing the 120lb dumbells and doing incline presses w/em. weighing in at 195-200lbs and doing that much on a dumbell incline is impressive imo, i prefer quality gains in weight w/monster strength compared to big bloat fuckers who end up loosing it all when they discontinue their cycle its a waste of time/money and energy but thats my 2cents :verygood:

my thoughts exactly! anavar is GREAT for that!

A monster? Your the first person I've heard speak of var giving good size gains - esp on a dose that low? I'm not lnocking it, I take mediuam size does myself but var is usually know to build strenth and will yield some lean muscle... but nothing crazy. What else are you taking w/it?
