Valentine rules

I think the holiday became too commercialized. It should be about saying I love you to someone special or something like that. However, it's become more about what you buy them. Expensive, all that. I think if you want to show someone how you feel by giving them a little something, that's fine. I have nothing against cards and flowers and all that. It can be sweet. It can also be sickening, but I won't go there. So, I say spend it however you want. I intend to.

Agreed...if you really need Hallmark to put a date on the calender to tell your S.O. what they mean to you...do you really deserve to be happy in the first place? If you are in a meaningful relationship, every day should be "valentines day"...IMO.

nobody has answered my question. I dont really give a fuck if you people like valentine or not. i was just asking if one can have more than one valentine. I treasure every opportunity i get to show my loved ones how much i care. So i use valentines day to do that.

Thanks man, and i am. Still learning, but ive really gotten to know my body and the diet just gets more and more accurate. I also try out alot of different traning techniques, and so far they have all given me progress.

No i havent, right now im doing one of Arnolds crazy splitts, and i was thinking HIT after that. But if someone could email me the full doggrap file i could print it out and read it.

I havent really measured anything as of late, but im 212 pounds and around 7-8% now. So thats 12 pounds heavier than this summer. But only 1% increase in bodyfat. So im doing something right.
