I have just been using plain creatine with dextrose and ALA and had good results on it. I am finishing off the container and noticed some good reviews on V12. Is it that much better where it is worth paying the $20 premium over generic creatine products? Thanks.
If you respond well to CrM, then no, the other 'cell-volumizers', like San V12/turbo, Syntrax Swole V2, ISS Satur8, Legal Gear Creator G2, etc., are worth it. What you might benefit from, which the AF Store sells, is CEE.
I am not a creatine non responder so I just went with plain optimum brand creatine (creapure). I read creapure was supposed to be good. I was just using plain NOW brands monohydrate before.
I am going to wait for reviews on the AF creatine before I jump in.

Creapure is CrM that has been lab tested to be 99.9% pure. It is still CrM. If you truly are a creating non-responder, then CEE or the aforementioned cell-volumizers may help. Here is a brief list:
* Genetec Volume DNA
* Syntrax Swole V2
* San V12/Turbo
* ISS Satur8
* Legal Gear Creator C2
* Nutrabolics NOZ
Regular creatine does suck. Its just not stable. You maybe have 5 min. at the most after dissolved before it turns to Creatinine which is just toxic and useless. If you do use it you have to mix it with grape juice or gatorade just to get a decent insulin spike so you can push the creatine into the muscles. Anyways, you guys should try BSN's line. For either Creatine or NO2. Their new CellMass is good and their NO-Xplode is the shit and I have never heard anyone tell me otherwise. Just a thought.
I tried V12 and in one month i added 50 lbs on my bench and i noticed overall strength increases. but when i stoped taking it I went back to my normal strength and my joints were killing me.
V12, in my opinoin, is a ripoff. You can get the exact same creatine from a different brand for half the price. I checked the labels and they both have the exact same ingrediants listed.
