Quick review since I'm in a hurry... I took the stuff 45 min. before I worked out and I couldn't stop shitting liquid for about 1 hour. Anyway, when I was done clearing my colon out, it really worked wonders for my routine. I've never tried squatting over 300 lbs. I've done 275 3 times but never a max. I put on 365 and did it once today. That's the low down, it's some good shit... in both senses. I was also able to do 65 lb. dumbells in sets for shoulder exercises, never did that before. I highly recommend this stuff if you can get over the shits.
