1.) No self-respecting member of congresswould bother looking at petitiononline to figure out what issues to stand for.
2.) Due to the fact that peitiononline does not adhere to the 2000 Digital Signatures Act, none of the "signing" is a valid digital signature.
2a.) Since there is no way to know for sure if user XYZ is a constituent of Congressman ABC, he/she couldn't use this anyway.
You want to make a difference? Find out who your congressman is and *mail* him/her. You know with paper and stamps and shit.
