What is the longest anyone has had mail take to reach its destination. I sent a card out over a week ago aacross the states using delivery confirmation and it still hasn't gotten there. Its not tracking

I had a M.O. sent to me though regular priority & it took like 5 days from Detroit to Norfolk,VA ..

from coast to coast no more than 3 days priority.
