USPS... Extremely slow, or SCAMMED !!

I placed an order to Mexico, that was supposedly sent out Priority Mail on Nov. 15th. , from the US. Usually when I order from this source, the package is here in no longer than a week. I emailed my source, and they replied that mail was running unusually slow due to the anthrax problem, and that it could be three weeks until I recieve the package. It has now been over 3 weeks, I am starting to wonder if my source has gone bad, because I have placed orders with supplement companies online who ship using Priority Mail, and it was here in a few days. It really sucks, because some of my friends placed orders with me, and now they are giving me shit. I am posting hoping for info., so I can find out if my source has turned scammer, so I can warn you guys, so it doesn't happen to you.

If anyone can help or knows who the Mexican source is that I am talking about send me an email. at: [email protected] I would totally appreciate it, and give you tons of Karma. Thanks

3 weeks does seem a long time but I had some domestic priority packages take that long. Like Ultragainz said, give it another week, then cry scammer :).
 
Maybe try asking a mod about it in an email? They can usually get to the bottom of things. BTW, mail has been a bit slower for me, but three weeks does sound like a long time...
 
Some entire shipments of mail were seized....if they suspect anthrax in a single letter...for whatever reason....BAM! they quarintine the entire shipment.

Do what everyone is telling you and just be patient.
 
I assume this is the popular Mex. supplier who ships within the US (thus the priority mail). His "ship" dates are typically a week later than he actually claims; I think it's a processing thing, since he's in Mex., but shipping inside the US.

My last order took significantly longer than earlier ones, not three weeks. Please keep us updated. If it's the same guy, he's been totally reliable for me.

Also, I presume you know someone had a mirror site up to scam orders to him.

Im having a problem with a cource getting my money I mailed it out three weeks today, and still no confirmation of him receiving the money, I know he's legit and Im not crying scammer, but I want my shit.
 
I have now had two pmts slowed down even going out. One domestic the other international. I am hoping that the mail is just really slow right now otherwise my whole cycle is blown to shit!!!!
 
Mail is slow. I've had 4 packages sent to me in the last month. One was sent 2nd day air... it took 12 days to get here.
Another took 10 days.
Another took 9.
Still waiting on one that's been almost 3 weeks.
 
I think everything is a little slow right now, or at least i hope so. I had a package sent out monday via USPS priority and now it is Sat. and it is still not here. That's 6 days so far for a package that is supposed to take 2-3 days.

Dunno. I just presume they collected the cash from people who thought they were dealing with the real deal.

If this is who I think it is, I'd just write them. The last order I got was shipped a full week later than he said -- from Phoenix, I think.

This is the truth. I have books and computer memory on order and they both are already week late arriving. Between anthrax and Santa Claus, everything's at a snail's pace.
 
Musclebrains, How long ago did you place your order with them? Also, from the date that they told you, what was the total time it took to arrive?

OK, I looked up what I have. My last order was a direct deposit on Oct. 23 and he sent an email the SAME day, confirming receipt. I notice that the email says the stuff will ship in 2-3 days. I presume you did not receive separate notification....and I also presume you confirmed your shipping address. The emails usually say that.

Now, I do not know when I actually received it, but it was at least two weeks after I received that email. The guy used to actually give you a tracking number but doesn't do that anymore. However, he does still send everything with a tracking number at his end and nobody who didn't want to do good business would do that. So contact him.
 
I sent him an email like a week ago asking for the delivery confirmation number, he replied that everything is slow due to the anthrax, but no deliv. conf. number. So, yesterday I asked again. I hope it goes well. Also, I did recieve all of the normal notifications.

Musclebrains, I really appreciate all of the help, I would give you more Karma if I could, but you are all maxed out from me.

I seem to be having the same problem, possibly the same source, I was also told that it would be about three weeks and i have only been waiting two and a half weeks so far :redhot: he has sent things later than the e-mail says and i think that everything is still on the way, just moving very slow. If you get yours let me know and i will do the same. I don't think that if we were being scammed he would even take the time to say anything its not like we can do anything to him or even know where he is, I am in the same boat i am tring to just have faith in the man becuase i have never heard of him scamming anyone before and this is my 7th or 8th order this year. one was really slow and all the rest have been about 4-5 days.:confused: :confused: :confused:
 
I have never had anything ship when he says. What he really means when he sends that email that things have shipped is that he's set things in motion. But the actual shipping doesn't occur for a week or so in my experience. I checked this for sure last package, because it did take longer than ever.

If any of you know anything about the culture in MExico, Being prompt is not a strong point, Not with real jobs or anything they are extremely casual, and take their time with most everything...You guys are probably GTG....their world is not the same as ours.

Thing is, though, the guy used to have an amazingly fast turn-around -- week to 10 days max.
 
Having the guy get more popular, compounded with the Anthrax problem and the holiday season makes for shitty delivery.

I can feel ya bro I still think If it wasn't siezed and he is proven klegit you'll probably be getti christmas early..hard to tell..even express mail domestic is shitty sometimes lately.
 
The thing that I don't understand though is; If priority is supposedly "so slow" these days, why am I recieving all of my supplements and other things like books sent through amazon.com in like 2-5 days, which are also sent priority.
Go fucking figure???
 
I'm still waiting for a USPS Priority package of supps. from Nov 17th. I've ordered before and it never took longer than 5 days, so regular packages are slow as shit right now.

I am expecting a priority mail pack that was sent last monday from the west coast and as of monday night this week, it still has not gotten here......god I hope it shows up tommorrow :(

with all this. I'll tell you that I've been here
monitering everything that has been said here, and
around the net about this source. I have ordered
so many times from him that I can't even begin to
count. I can say, that I usually recieved my box
within 3-4 days after he said he recieved funds.
I ordered on 11/24 and have heard from him twice.
Now he said it will arrive between the 6th and the
16th. Nada as of yet. Other people have known his
service to be fast and have grown accustomed to his speed. Now, I think his clientel has grown tremendously and has backed him up. Also around the net fellow lifters are stating that he is shipping the box out 8-12 days after he said it was shipped in his confirmation e-mail. I've been monitering everywhere,and here and there, slowly but surely packages are reportedly showing up 14-20 days after his email that it will be 2-3 days. I'm getting nervous too ladies and gents.
Its seems like he is extremely popular and busy!
Lets give him more time. What else can we do. He's
never let me down so far. I believe he'll come thru. Keychains for all.. So long....

I would be leaning toward it was seized....International orders are kinda fucked right now unless its a specialty courier like DHL,UPS. as far as the guy waiting since Nov 17 he is probably SOL in one way or another. maybe mail a MOD about it They seem to have a WAY with words, and maybe a long reach in some cases haha.

Exactly my experience last time and, yeah, I got my keychain. Whatcha supposed to do with all those keychains? :)

he doesn't ship international. He ships within the US.
 
I've personally noticed that Priority Mail within the US, which is suppose to take 2-3 days, takes a lot longer now. I sent a priority mail envelope on the 1st w/ Delv. Confirm. and it took until the 8th, to reach it's destination. USPS suxs :(

Well, I wrote the supplier in question 3 days ago and have received no reply, which is unlike him. I'm having my doubts about him too.
 
15 days so far for USPS priority from west coast to midwest...
Still waiting.
And I know it was sent for a fact.....So I'm hopin mail real slow.

Unfortunately, plan on waiting a long time, he told me my order was supposed to be here between the 19-27th of Nov.
 
I am still waiting also. he picked up the cash on the 3rd and sent me a e mail telling me he sent it on 12/7 and that it would be here between 12/11 and 12/21 so im just waiting to see whats up. I know he is a good source and that he is no scammer. so just hang tight guys GOOD things come to those who wait!
 
Tomorrow I am going to get to the bottom of this debate on wheather the USPS is actually running slow or not. We have like 6 mail men who deliver at once since our apt. complex is so big. I will get all of their opinions tomorrow afternoon, and let you know.

Had an email from MAS this morning when I wrote asking, under another name, for a password to his site. So he's around. Whether he's scamming, I dunno, but kind of doubt.
 
For all of you who have been waiting forever on a package. I talked to numerous mailmen today, and they said that everything is running as usual.

I have a new, more detailed post on this on the anabolic discussion board. I just wanted all of you bros who have been following this post to be aware.
