usps and evocash ???

say i wanna mail via usps prirority mail a few b-day cards with some cash or some 'presents....can i just go in and fill em out ,hand em to em w/ no questions asked if i dont leave any return address?id rather not use a fake one would i?i just dont want my real return addy on what i send out if you know what i mean.thanks for any feedback.peace
