DNP is more effective.
Usnic Acid is liver failure waiting to happen. They're both potentially deadly, but Usnic Acid is much worse. It is dangerous in all the same ways as DNP, in addition to its own vicious liver damaging effects.
 
Most intelligent sources took usnic acid off of their lists. One Mod here had a friend who lost her liver to a small dose.
 
DNP all the way. If taken low dose, its quite managable. UA has had MANY problems, do a search in medline, theres a lot there about UA, especially with regards to liver toxicity.

DNP is the hands down winner over UA, and DNP isnt a death wish, im still here, albeit lighter.....!

You'll definitely lose fat quickly with that dose, and sides will be minimal. For me I don't even notice sides on 200mg except for excessive sweating during my workout. But then again, I run my DNP early/mid spring while it's still a little cool out.

I prefer dieting/training with 200mg of DNP. I'll never go above 400mg again.

The amount necessary to cause FULMINATING lliver damage:dosage used, is about 1/50th that of DNP.

Problem with UA too, is that you don't really feel the heat like you do DNP.

AT 600mg DNP.......you will feel miserable and want to stop.

AT 5g UA, you'll only feel slighlty warm/hot.

I tried UA with a crap load of neutraceuticals, just to see if it worked, and it was dissapointing. At 1g/day, all I got were hives(And yes, i was using anti-histamines and Quercetin).

Hey fonz, thanks for the info. Do you think my dosage is high enough for a first timer? 200mg/day for 14days and weighting 206lbs......
