i decided to give this stuff a try, i am usin a cyclical keto diet at about 1800 cals/day. i used 250mg/night and tahts it. i started at 207.5lbs. week 1 i used an EC stack 3x/day (light dose, only 10mg a time). went from 207.5 to 203lbs. week 2 i used an EC stack and an NYC stack 3x/day (1 each). went from 203 to 196.5 lbs. overall im really pleased with the results, over 10 lbs in 2 weeks is damn good for me. i dont do BF tests but my arms measurements stayed the same throughout and there was no visible muscle loss, only lots of definition

God bless ya!!!! Congrats on the results! I'm jealous as hell! I wonder how much you would have loss w/o the EC and NYC? I plan to do the usnic acid alone w/o any stimulants! My body (my adrenal glands) are worn out from all the stress of caffeine/ephedra/nor-ephedra/etc...

P.s...Why are you taking it at night...doesn't this kill your ability to sleep d/t the heat/sweating?

Most prices are similar in nature because it can only be sourced from one legit place in China. As for sleeping, some experience bad night sweats when they take a lrage amount (>500mg) immediately befor bed.
