How would the process work, or should I just let the expert handle it and get the sterile delivery. Anybody make any topicals at home at all?

Making topical products is not that easy. Let's face it, no one really likes injections. If it was as simple as just mixing some raw hormone into some body lotion, everyone would do it.
If you don't use the proper base cream, the topical product won't be absorbed. It's a lot more complicated then it looks.
Let the experts handle it.

Transdermal test is such a pain to use. I used a transdermal 1-test years ago and it was such a burden to use. On top of that you do not want to be buying raw powder. That takes it to the next level with law enforcement. Stick to good sources for ready to use gear.
You sure won't be able to make topical products on your own, or at least you won't be able to do so without the proper equipment, which I doubt you have.
