Using real name for packages

I have

for domestic, never ordered foreign, though I will not then. also, I change a few things, such as having only my first initial and a fake middle initial along with my last name when I order domestic. I'm not that worried, but I talked to my friend who is a 3rd year law student, and she did the research for me and said generally as long as you do not claim it as yours that is enough of a loophole since it is INNOCENT until proven guilty and they can't prove a package not EXACTLY addressed to you was intended FOR you. Of course, this is in KS, state to state laws may vary.

I always use my real name. If there's nothing suspicious about your package, there will be no problem. If you use a fake name, that makes the package suspicious, which could cause problems.

well said ...if they are gonna bust you its not gonna matter if you missed spelled your name or used an initial ...

Why arouse suspicion? I made a letter to my last name sometime but thats all. No john doe's here.
