I am 19 years old and wanted to know if it would be sound for me to stack hcgenreate, phyto 347 and osta without screwing up my natural levels? Haven't grown a hair since 1st year of middle school ( 5' 7'' ) so I think its safe to say I won't grow anymore. But I did some reading and it seems that hormone levels bounce around a lot even after you stop growing and the last thing I want to do is screw those levels up.
I am not really into bodybuilding but have been doing mma for a few years and looking to improve my strength. I mean, don't get me wrong, I want that built muscular look ( to impress the lady's
) , but for the most part I want to completely decimate my opponents in terms of strength so if anyone knows of any products that work better for just strength please post them.
this leads to my other question. I know there probably aren't too many martial artists here on the forum, but besides the body weight exercises that all gyms seem to do ( which is all the fitness instructor does at mine), what type of weight training should be done, Olympic or heavy sets of compound exercises. I have been doing compound exercises like bench press and squat and deads for the last 3 years and I feel it doesn't transfer that well to fighting. For instance I can bench 240lbs but have a hard time pushing a 180lbs opponent off of me in grappling.
