Right, Ive always been a firm believer of low carb, high protein, no dextrose diets pre comp. But Ive got a couple of months to experiment, so am willing to try something new to shed alot of pounds, without losing any muscle.
Just wondering what you guys do, so anyone post a diet plan for me? Loads of cycles, 265lbs, 5'9, about 14-16%BF. Will be taking plenty of test, primobolon, 6-8iu HGH, T3, Clen, and nolva.
Also, is ALA worth taking?
