UPS EXPRESS and Customs

For those of you that have had International packages sent by UPS Express, what time frame did your packages sit in their Customs building before being released and the web tracking changed.

My ass is sore just thinking of paying for UPS international shipping.

I can't go into details here but its well re-packed oils only and looks like other genuine products of it kind. No tabs in the order. This order was not from **. Shippers choice at the time to use UPS and I had no problem with that. They never had a problem before with any carrier from any company before.
The items are still sitting in Customs after 9 days now. When tracked it still says "In Transit"
I know if Customs does take it, I have heard they put something else up on the tracking page.
