Upping my clen

I done 2 weeks ECA, 2 weeks Clen, 2 weeks ECA, 2 weeks Clen !


HOW LONG CAN I continue this As far as I know its 12 weeks am I right ??


And I am now on 9 Clen tabs a day and feel nothing Like I did with my weeks 3/4 on Clen when I tappered up. I had hand shakes the full monty, now nothing this time on my max.

I have read it makes no sence to go above 8/9 tabs but its this a golden rule or can I up to 10/11 ?

I would stay at or below 200mcg a day. How do you sleep at night at the high of a dose? I am at 250 and I cant sleep for shit, but I am running t-3 also.
 
It sounds like your receptors might just be shut down from getting hit so hard for so long...but youre cycling it pretty good.

I dont have experience with tabs, just LiquiClen... 200mgs of that stuff would make my heart explode heh.

Clen is a cousin of ephedrine, so you are downregulating your receptors when you're on both of the products. Eventually, by week 12, your response to clen is less and less, that's why you have to up the dosages - i.e. receptor downregulation. Take some time off from thermogenics alltogether.

I thought that you only bumped up the dose for the second time after knowing your max. Are you saying that if you were to go a 3rd time I should move up form my max of 9.

If you are getting no results from 180mcg that's because your body is used to clen at this point. Instead of increasing dosages, you should take time off from thermogenics completely.
 
Im sweating loads when I workout but have found no other sides like the first two weeks Cramps, headache, Hand gitters !
