Hey - I haven't been around for a while (my new job is at a customer's site who blocks elitefitness for some reason) but wanted to pass along a quick update on my cutting diet.
I started in November of last year at 238lbs and 24% bf....and with the help of everything I learned here, I'm now at 200lbs and 16-17% bf.
I'm just about to start another cut (I've been slacking for a while, with a sprained ankle) - so hopefully I'll be here more often to keep my motivation up.
Thanks again to everyone on the board who lends a helping hand!
