update: winny only cycle.......finally kicked in

Hey guys, i just wanted to give a heads up especially to users who are interested in winny only cycle. I have been taking 100mg/e2d and it started to kick in exactly on "day 27". I felt absolutely nothing before that, i thought I had fake gear(ilium stanabolic). Today I am on day 31 and i have added 50lbs to my bench easily and added .5 inch on my arms and lost 2 inches on my waist. I am also taking clen(2 week intervals), this is also kicking in. My goal is to lose 10 lbs within next 6 weeks. If anyone is interested I can send before and after pics:

Instead of taking 100mg EOD you should take 50mg ED, 25 in the morning and 25 in the evening. This the best way to maintain constant blood levels because the half life of Winny is so short.

i have run a winny only cycle with great results, even though i do not recommend it anymore.
my diet and training were spot on. i think that contributed to my results more then the winny itself

- it was injectable
- i will definately post in about 1 month, i would like to lose a little bit more, i am only about half way through my cycle....
- i am doing major cardio (30 mins running on treadmill/daily), and I am about to throw in some swimming also now.
- my diet is good to now, i have adjusted to eating smaller portions...

Hey bro:
I'd like to see the before and after pictures. Also, are you saying that you added nothing to your bench until after 30 days then, seemingly overnight, your bench press max increased 50 lbs?

Anyone else find it strange that a quick acting ester like winny didn't hit to basically 4 weeks into the cycle? I mean, winny is suppose to have an immediate effect, hence the short half life.
 
i think you would have gotten better results by running 50mgs ed...

the only reason i could see u doing eod is if u were shooting it

yes and no, for the first 23-25 days i felt "absolutely nothing", then I started to push more weight say, 10lbs more per day, and by day 28 i had jumped 50lbs on the bench, i felt i could go heavier still but I want to go slowly and dont want to pull anything.

its weird, that's what i figured too, but if i remember correctly the last and only other cycle i did (winny only) it was the same thing, around 4 weeks before anything
 
i have a pretty clean system, so this will hit me hard, because i have also noticed that i sleep about 2 hours less every night. My body just pushes me to get out of bed.
On my last winny only cycle (5weeks only, no pct), i had a down for a few weeks and i want to make sure i dont have that again. should i take clomid just to be on the safe side??

YES!!!
you need pct even just for winny.

clomid is good. run 300mg day 1
100mg day 2-11
50mg day 12-21
 
ok here are the pics, keep in mind , this is only my 2nd cycle in 8+ years, so I am in no camparable shape to most of you guys on this board "yet". Also it has only been 30 days since i started, so the transformation will actually occur in the next 3-4 weeks

i went from size "40-41 inch waist" in 2nd pic, to "38 inch waist" in 1st pic(which was taken about 5 days ago), i am now "37 inch waist" and dropping this morning. I am definately gaining muscle because my weight is constant at 190lbs.
i will update with pic in a few weeks with progress...

Sorry man, not trying to hijack your thread or anything, but I have a quick side question...

I've never heard of running 300mg of Clomid in one day before. With the sides that come with clomid, I would think that wouldn't be a good idea. I always thought that a clomid PCT breakdown was something like 150-100-100-50, four-weeker kind of thing or at least along those lines. I've been hearing more and more about this 'front-load' style and would just like some more info on it. Thanks ahead of time......Karma to the thread starter, good luck!

to be honost i am not sure the exact reason, i would assume it is to give a quick upfront large dose for enhanced stimulation. like i said i am not exactly sure. But that said, the 300 100 50 is not something new. I have been using it and hearing about it for years.
I think that Clomid sides may be blow out of proportion. at least for me, becuase i dont get any. neither do any of my friends. if you are worried about the clomid sides run a lower dose and use nolv with it also

imho, I THINK, running a "bulking" AAS rather than winny would have helped gain some nice LEAN body mass under the Chubby you got(but u can def see ur results good work bro) But maybe instead of a winny only cycle why not winny + Prop? Or Test + Dbol +Adex to minimize bloat for your next cycle...

BUT GREAT PROGRESS THO! KEEP THE HARD WORK UP.

my weight has not changed, i am 190lbs (5foot 8"),
I lost approx. 2 inches around my waist from week 1-4,
I lost another 1-1.5 inches from week 4-8.
I decide to extend the winny for another 5-6 weeks at 50mg/eod(lower dosage) and decided to add test 250-500/week for another 5-6 weeks also. we'll see what happens, I'll post result pics in about 3-4 weeks....thanks for the feedback man.

I dont think i would stay on the winny, even at a lower dose. IMO that is too long unless you are getting regular blood work done to monitor liver...?

Also, the test you are going to add, is it test Prop? if not, 5-6 weeks of eth or cyp would not be worth it becuase it would not kick in for a few weeks. then you would be getting off of it

not really sure if its test prop?, its testoviron depot. so how long do you think this will take to kick in (test?)

I think that is test Eth. if not, please someone correct me.

test eth or cyp should be taken for 10-12 weeks.

times a diffent for everyone, but between 3-6 weeks for it to really hit ya
 
i just added another pic "week11", I decided to extend my winny-only cycle by doing half the dosage, in other words,
WEEK 1-8 100mg/EOD
WEEK 9-12 50mg/EOD
it seems to be working out pretty good.....my main reason to post this is for the people who want to just do a winny-cycle, here is my story and I say "go for it". (I HAVE NORMAL GENETICS AND HENCE REGULAR RESULTS, so others can do better on this)

don't know if it's me or not bro, but when I used winny, it took less than a week before I felt some changes in strength, etc. 27 days seems like an aweful long time for winny to kick in. In your last pic, week 11, you can definitely see more change and more vascularity, esp. in your right shoulder (on the left in the pic). Nice work bro..step up the cardio and those love handles will start to really drop off...u could run just nolva for pct...i did, worked great for me.. 40 mgs ed , 1st week, 2nd week, 3rd, 20mg ed, 4th week 20 e0d, end.
 
personally, i think winny only cycles are cool. im already rippped as shit, but they give such a nice strength kick. i love making ppls jaw drop when i bench or squat as much as they do and then still smoke them in a dash.
 
been running 45 mg IP a day for first 3 days, then bumped up to 2 45's a day for 4 days, nothing yet maybe a little extra pump but nothing noticed yet. any suggestions
 
I guess it is, I never got tested and I did that cycle last year.
This year I took everyone's advice and added test and I basically added more muscle and am able to lose fat a quicker than last year (but then again I had a little less to lose this year).

It's funny. You hear about people doing that first line of coke and it's like an instantaneous love affair. Well I'll never forget the first my Winstrol - stanozolol kicked in and I was so much harder, defined, and more vascular than I had ever been in my life. That was my instant addiction. Women will come and go, but Winny will always be true to you. :heart: :heart: :heart:
 
Inject EOD? I tried to inject winny and it hurt like a mofo. Huge ass knot and all. Did yours swell? If not maybe I need to try a different brand.

You've inspired me to take the plunge. I just so happen to have only Winny and Nolva on hand for my first go. What negative sides did you experience during and PC with Winny only? From the research that I've done, I see that gyno, weight gain, hairloss, etc aren't too bad bc Winny doesn't aromatize. What about nut shrinkage (test atrophy) and blood pressure? How much mass and strength did you keep? Have you kept the weight off? Did you do PCT this time around? Did you have a down for a few weeks with PCT?

I've been at a plateau now for about 4 months and I've tried everything under the sun in order to bust out of this thing. I'm 29 and in the best shape of my life, but I just can't reach that next level.

Dont put that much stress on your liver (6 WEEKS ON MAX). The pics look great! keep it up! IM INSPIRED I WENT HOME AND GRABBED MY 50MG WINNIES OUT OF THE CLOSET.
