Drop Dbol due to some pain.
I was up to 235 on saturday to day down to 232.
i think drop a couple of pounds now that Im not on the dbols anymore.
still running deca at 400mg and Cyp 200mg Primoteston 250mg.
My strenght has increses some more.
I made measurements this weekend.
Arms are up 18" from 17" 2 months ago.
Thighs Up 27 1/2" from 25" 2 months ago
Calves 17 1/2" from 15" 2 months ago.
forearms 17" from 15" 2 months ago.
Waist 36" from 33" 2 months ago:( .
getting very vascular.
My bigggest side effect is not fitting in my clothes.:D
I feel great, and starting this week i will throw in 90 minutes of cardio Per week. Try to get rid of some the water.
 
DAMN!! your forearms grew 2" in 2 months?

how are you working forearms into your workouts? and what are you doing for them?

I do Forearms with Bicep and tricep.
I do a tri set for 4 sets.

reverse wrist curls 20-25 reps
wirst curls on bench 20-25 reps
Reverse curls 20-25 reps

sometimes i add Wirst rolls. (don't know the name) It the excersie with the rope and the 2"diameter stick.

Well i don't max out so i don't know what my max 1 rep is.
For Shoulder I do dumbell press, i'm up to 110lb dumbells for 8 reps. Behind the back Military press up to 225lb from 185 for 8 reps. incline bench up 315 for 6 from 275. Lunges up to 185 for 10 reps form 155. leg press 950 for 12 reps, from ?. incline dumbells press up to 130lb dumbells from 90lbs for 8 reps.
