I want to thank everyone for all their help up to this point. So far I'm just entering the 4th week of a 12 week cycle. My strength and endurance in the weight room are noticeably up. I can now knock out 4-5 sets of virtually any exercise with 1-2 minutes rest no matter the weight. My bench is up from from 225 for 10 to 250 for 10. Squat is actually down since my hernia operation, but I did 315 for 3 sets of 12 today with 2 min. rest between. My leg press is up from 850 pounds for 15 reps to 900 for 15 reps for 5 sets. I feel great. My weight is up to 198-201 depending on the time of day, but my body fat is down. Just wanted to let everyone know that I'm very satisfied with the information on this board and I'm grateful to have put all my doubts about steroids to rest. thanks again!
