I just wanted to thank everyone for the excellent advice about my insomnia. It was killing me not being able to sleep for almost three days. So what I did was lower my NYC dosage, so I only am going to take 4 pills 2 in the am before cardio and 2 before lunch, I am NOT going to take it before my evening workout. I also took some Melatonin and some 5HTP and I slept like a little baby last night. I was out by like 10:30 and up at 5am for my cardio session. So, Fonz thanks for the tips and they worked out great. Thanks everyone for helping my out I was starting to go stir crazy.
