Update on 4 weeks of 1-AD and Mag 10

Taking 3 1-ads per day plus two capfuls of MAG 10 4-ad for 4 weeks. I was IMPRESSED.

It took approx. 1 week before I felt a difference in strength. However, during that week my energy level was higher and I fatigued less during my workouts.

Within 2 1/2 weeks I noticed strength gains, slight, but definate gains. By the 4th week I went from 190lb before I started the cycle to 197lb by the end of the cycle.

To illustrate my progress. Before the program I was able to squat 315lb with perfect form for 12-15. On my 4th week I performed 20 reps with 315. I could not believe it nor could my workout partners.

My libido was completely gone. I had no desire to even think about sex. This was my only side effect. By the way DO NOT take 1-ad on an empty stomach. I did the first time and got horrible cramps.

On my next cycle I will take 1-AD alone on an increased dosage regime. 3 tabs for 1st week 4 the 2nd 5 the third and 6 the fourth.

My protien intake during my cycle was roughly 1- 1.5g per 1lb of body wieght with about 30-40g of glutamine each day. During my next cycle I will increase to 2g of protien per lb and 60-80g of glutamine.

My workouts are brutal. I have been training for over 10 years and have tried just about every "LEGAL" supp. This stuff works. Whether or not the combo of 1-AD and MAg 10 work in synergy, I dont know, this is why I will give each product there own 4 week cycle and them to the test.

Lastly, I have been off the cycle for 2 weeks and have dropped 2lbs, however my strength feels pretty sustained. I am pleasantly surprised at this. I will kepp you posted during my next cycle.
 
Sounds pretty good punch. I would be interested in seeing what would of happend if you stayed on for an extra 2-4 weeks. Granted you would of spent double what you spent initially, but I bet the gains would of been awesome!
 
Maybe right. I thought of staying on for six weeks, but my wife didnt like the fact that I wasnt even interested in getting head! HAHA
 
3 x 7 = 21 x 4 = 84 caps.

Aren't there only 60 caps in a bottle. If that's the case how come you decided not to use all of the second bottle once you had started it.

I just wonder because I have just ordered a bottle and at 3 aday will run out after 3 weeks and I don't think that is enough time to allow for any decent gains??
 
On a serious note however, I will say that I did not begin supplementing " PRO HORMONES" until I had a very established foundation. I am going to be 32 years old and I am the last person to preach to anyone, but the fact remains that NO ONE and I mean NO ONE knows the longer term side effects of these products. When I hear of 15 year old guys taking doubl to triple dosages of this stuff I wonder how far these companies will go before something really fucked up happens.

I hit a plateu over a year ago and I can quite honestly say I have done all I can without some aid. I do not want to become a competative BB however I do want to progress. I will never seek to gain muscle to the extent my health is in jeapordy. That is why I waited until I grew on my own.

Pro Hormones work, bottom line, but NOT at the recommended dosage. All the friends I know that use them are taking double to quadruple the dosages. Is this healthy, I say no and at the cost is it worth it, who knows for sure. But as long some of us see gains these companies will continue to come and push the envelope until the FDA intervenes. Be smart bros, do your homework and monitor everything. LOL
 
Hey cool sub, good question. It was new to me and as I stated earlier I got nervous about my libido. In fact and this is no joke, I was so nervous about getting my sex drive back I wacked of in my office after I was off the cycle to see if I could get it up. Thank God I could.

I'll be hittin up the Mag-10 starting sometime next week. I'm going to start out with a 2 week recommended dosage cycle and see what gains I make. Then I'm going to chill for about a week and start up on some 1-AD by itself. I'd say I'll take about two bottles of it during that cycle and compare the results...but of course I can't really compare them that equally when the Mag-10 hits me up 5-6lbs before I start on the 1-AD that should probably hit me up another 5-6lbs every 2 weeks. Btw, the last 3 months I've only been gaining 2-3 lbs a month so 8-10 lbs a month would be fucking crazy. Wish me luck players, !

So the general concensus is that you should stay on 1-AD for around 6 weeks especially if taking on its own.

Looks like I'll have to get another bottle, that's once I make sure that I receive my first bottle and it doesn't get stopped for any reason.

It all works out pretty pricey as I have to pay an extra $16 to have the stuff shipped over.
 
I agree that six weeks seems to be a reasonable time once you have tried a shorter previous cycle. Yes it is expensive, but this is the price we pay for choosing Pro Hormones over AS.

In two weeks when I go back on my cycle it will be interesting to see how the increase to 4 or 5 1-AD's per day effects my stats. I am training as hard as I am off the cycle than when I was on. This to me is very important. I have seen a lot of people take a "Vacation" when their cycle is over until they go back on and wonder why their lifts are unchanged.

Although much of this is applied science, there needs to be common sense involved too. If you dont train like a maniac, no supplement will work to its greatest potential. Its that simple.
 
Just reading about this MAG-10, Mass Nutrition seem to promote it better than 1-AD, any thoughts on that. It's a bit pricey though at $65.
 
The only experience I can share is that when you take 1-AD you feel nothing internally. When you take MAG 10 you feel the shit kick in quick. Gives you a type of " BUZZ ". That doesnt mean of course that it works better.

It is worth trying them seperately. This was my mistake during my cycle. Who knows. Maybe you take the MAG 10 during your off cycle from 1 AD. This is a question for PAT.

NO, swithcing from one PH to another won't constitute being "off"

To be off you need you bodies hormones to return to normal.
 
What up ya’ll I couldn’t wait to start on the Mag so I started taking it yesterday. Took 2 capfuls around noon on an empty stomach. That stuff tastes pretty good, kind of like a bubble gum flavor. It says to take 1.5 caps every day after that but I’m just going to take 2 caps every day until it’s gone. The bottle should last me about 9 more days at this rate. As for weight gain and strength changes, I really don’t feel that much different today. I did have a pretty good pump yesterday though. I weighed in a little bit higher this morning (a bit less than 0.5lbs) than a normally have for the past couple weeks, but that might be due to the 4-AD that’s in it. I also feel sort of a hormonal buzz that punch was talking about after I take it but that could just be psychological. Well at this rate I’m on target for about 3lbs of LBM by weeks end.:fro:
 
i hear on mag 10 people tend to get kind of "round" therefore is used mor in the winter to bulk up is this true or could i still use it around now and not worry about getting to chunky and keeping a lil definition...?

I haven’t noticed a “round” look, maybe because I’ve kept a moderate amount of cardio in my weekly routines. I’m on my fifth day on mag so far and I’m up a bit over 2 lbs. Well I can’t complain because that’s about as much weight as I would’ve gained in a month without taking it. My theory on mag 10 is that it will add approx. 0.25-0.5 lbs per day if you eat, train, and rest right. So I have about another week or so on this stuff and expect to hit another 2-3lbs. I didn’t notice any drastic changes in strength, just a consistent increase in strength and added leanness and vascularity.

I’m pretty sure I’ve been shedding some fat while gaining the mass, which is why the shape of my muscles are looking better than they usually do. I plan on transitioning immediately into 1-AD w/ 4-AD next week as I come of the mag. During my 4 week 1-ad/4-ad cycle, I’m gonna lay off the creatine until post-cycle. I think that would be the best plan of action for continual gaining or at least keeping as much of your gains as possible. I don’t know if I’ll need any anti-e’s or natural test boosters, I’ll have to see what’s up post cycle, I’m pretty sure I can get my test levels up to normal pretty quickly because I’ll be on a short intense cycle and I’ll be tapering down.
