Update: dropping slin: starting to cut before cycle in 5 weeks.

Since starting the slin I've noticed i've put too much fat on my midsection and lower back for my liking. I didn't mind the extra fat at first, but within the past couple of days i've really started to notice it and so have other people. Now i just want to lean up before next cycle.

Still not sure what i want to run next cycle it will probably end up as abombs/test/eq/fina. Think I'm going to save the halo and winny for when i decide to really cut up. but i can't seem to make my mind up between 4 different cycles.
 
How long were you running slin? At what dose? And what were your muscle gains like?
 
ran slin for 2 1/2 weeks, started at 5iu, worked up to 10iu. Put on about 2lbs and kept all my size so far post cycle.

diet: i ate everything anything during the day b/c i was bulking still, but kept clean, except i ate too much bread.

Post insulin shot was: protein shake and glucose tabs, usually a gatorade and other simple sugars. (85g protein, 100g+ carbs, 0g fat)

meal 1 hr afetr shot: 2 cups rice 2 chicken breasts: sometimes a potato or yogurt. (approx 70g protein, 100g+ carbs, 0-4g fat)

meal 2.5 hrs after shot: 1/2-1 cup rice, 1 chicken breast. (35g protein, 35 g carbs, 0g fat)
