Well, besides not being able to take my regular route into work today, most of us in DC are back to work as usual. Most schools and colleges canceled for today in the washington DC metro, that includes the Maryland/Virginia suburbs. I drove by the pentagon on my way to work, as usual.. Tomorrow I will take pictures with the digital cam and post them.. It was an erie, erie thing to see bro's (and sistas) totally unfucking believable, to see on TV is one thing, but to smell the smoke (yes its still burning, which is halting the rescue efforts) and see with your own eyes, the pristine building i drove by every morning.. I still cant believe it.. Washingtontonians are usually pretty reserved people, but everyone has been much more cohesive since yesterday... We are strong and we all went to work today without fear... Cream rises to the top, and no fucking religious zelot pukes can hold us DC folks down. We pray for our dead, take care of the familes who lost loved ones, and we hope for swift and just punishment to the bastards who thought they could break are resolve..
Besides morning the death of our freinds/family/fellow country men, all is well in DC.
