Just wanted your 2 cc's on my upcoming cycle. Let me give you a brief history. I am 28 and have been training for 10 years the last 4 have been solid, by that I mean setting goals, tracking progress, diet guidelines and keeping journals for each. I am 6' and weigh 201 lbs and I am around 13% -15% in body fat last measurement a month ago with the tape method. I have ran 2 cycles in the past the first being Sust @ 250ml/week for 10 weeks was a novice at the time and had no mentor or advice (my fault) and did not use PCT of any form. The second was a little different and I did my research and had a mentor and it looked like: Test Cip @ 400mg/week , weeks 1-10, Dbol 25mg/day week 1-5 Winny @ 75mg/eod week 5-10 I ran arimidex throughout but circumstances "deployment to Iraq" forced me not to use PCT. Pretty solid gains but felt like shit for a few monts post cycle . Here I am today about to begin that journey again this time around got all my gear handy and ready to rock. My goal is to shed a few pounds and put on 5-10lbs quality muscle.I know diet is key, I wil get to that later.Here is what I propose:

1-10> Cip/Prop blend @ 500mg/week
1-10> Anavar Liquid @ 60mg/day
5-10> Winny @ 75mg/day
1-10> Arimidex @ 1mg/day
1-10> Nolva @ 20mg/day
13-15> PCT

I was thinking of throwing in some EQ @ 500mg/week have not decided. I am Gyno sensitive so I will run the nolva throughout. I will be taking Tylers liver detox as well.

DIET: This is a sample from my daily journal.
Meal 1: 1c Oatmeal (slow oats) with 1c Cottage Cheese, Metabolic Drive
Meal 2: 1c Natural Yougart 1/4 blueberry or raspberry and some splenda.
Meal 3: Egg wrap> 4whites 2 whole eggs, cheese, ham whole wheat Tort.
Meal 4: Metabolic Drive shake w/ handfull wallnut/almond mix.
Meal 5: 8oz Steak/chicken/tuna 3/4c vegies usually brocilli or spinach
Meal 6: Same as meal 2

1 gal. water/day along with about 6-8 cups of green tea throughout the day.

Sups: Multi(GNC), ZMA(Biotest), Amino Vita(Ajinomoto), Surge(Biotest),
Fibercon, Flax and Fish oil

Cardio: 3-4 sessions/week consisting of sprint intervals, stadiums, incline
treadmill each for 30-45 min usually in the morning.

I would add the EQ. You can run winstrol and var together, although I never noticed much from combining them. I would just bump up one or the other, I prefer winstrol, to 100 mgs/day for the last 8 weeks. Your diet needs some help.
 
Thanks Mack, my diet is mostly constructed the way it is b/c of convenience I am a full time student full time worker and a full time dad. If you had one thing that you see that needs to change ASAP what would it be. I know diet is my weak point and I am trying to educate myself on proper diet while on and off for my fitness needs.
 
Id run the eq and drop the var all together. And depending on how you dose the eq, I'd probably lower the winstrol or drop it also.
 
I have a hard time eating more food. EQ, from what I hear will make my appetite increase. Outlaw, can you elaborate on why you would lower winstrol. I am not questioning you, I just would like to hear your perspective.

It depends on how you dose the eq. If you run it at a high enough dose then it should be enough to do the job without the winstrol. You could do it either way. If you feel you need the winstrol, then throw it in there.

It all depends on your approach to cycling. I'd rather run a higher dose with the least amount of compounds to get the job done than to run multiple compounds at regular doses. Especially when it comes to stacking orals.
 
So lets say drop the Winny and use EQ at around 600mg/wk , could I still run the Var at the same dose throughout?

Keep in mind that Winstrol and EQ are different AAS and have different effects. I disagree with Outlaw on this one. You can't just bump up the EQ, drop the Winstrol, and get the same effects. We design "stacks" to get the most out of each AAS's particular advantages. EQ is great for slow quality gains with enhanced cardio capacity and vascularity. Winstrol kicks in quicker and causes a hardening effect not seen with most AAS. That's why the combo works so well. I would not drop the Winstrol.

I agree, dont drop the winny. I would definately get some work on the diet bro.

Of course you wouldnt get the same effect without the winstrol. It depends on what you're going for. As I said, if you feel you need the winstrol then throw it in there. I'd just as well do without it, but that's me. It all depends on you and what you're going for.
 
Ok I will up the EQ and keep the winny for the end of cycle and drop the Var all together. I have BD 50mg tabs of Stan.........just traded my bud for my depot. Tabs @ 50mg/day sound good?

By the way thanks for all your help, I have been posting on another site for years, you all have won my loyalty here at Elite.
