Need a little help, mostly PCT with my new cycle.
Me: 29 yrs. old, lifting for 15 yrs.
Ht: 5'9"
Wt: 190 lbs.
Bf: Guessing high teens.
I haven't worked out for a few months, so I'll be hitting it for a couple of months before I begin my cycle so my gains don't get lost.
My diet is pretty solid hollidays aside, usually around 4000 calories. 5 meals per day, around 200g protein, carbs around 300-400, fat usually around 60-80. Carbs come from oatmeal, veg., and sweet potatoes aside from 1-2 honey packets afetr workout.
Cycle:
Test prop 200 mg wks 1-10
EQ 400mg wks 1-14
These amounts have worked great for me in the past. Any more test hasn't seemed to have a greater effect, I've tried and my body doesn't seem to respond any different. I haven't used nolva or clomid before because my friend has told me it wasn't necessary. However, I tend to keep only 70% of what I've gained. The only PCT I have available is nolva, so how should I apply it and when?
